Investment ITAS
Unlock investment opportunities in Indonesia
What you need to know
Investor KITAS (Types 313 and 314) is specifically granted to individuals who are investing in an Indonesian PT PMA company and are taking up roles like General Director or Commissar within that company.
The Indonesian Investor KITAS comes with a range of advantages, with the most notable ones being the straightforward application process and the exemption from the work permit fee. If you fulfil all the necessary investment criteria, you won't be required to pay the annual visa fee of 1,200 USD.
In Indonesia, you can obtain two types of Investment KITAS:
- Index 313: 1-year KITAS
- Index 314: 2-year KITAS
Both types allow investors to repeatedly enter and leave Indonesia during the validity of the visa.
Processing time: 1,5 – 2 months (does not include public holidays and days off)
Important note: eVisa is an approval letter to enter Indonesia. KITAS is a temporary stay permit that you will get after the process of reporting E-Visa to immigration after your arrival to Indonesia.
