Retirement ITAS

Savour golden years in Indonesia's paradise

What you need to know

Bali stands out as one of the most inviting and comfortable destinations for retirees seeking an idyllic retreat. With its pleasant tropical climate, warmth, stunning natural landscapes, advancing healthcare, and the warm hospitality of the locals, it's the ideal setting for a worry-free lifestyle. And here's some exciting news: Indonesian regulations offer a special visa tailored for seniors – the Retirement Visa.

The Retirement Visa, indexed as ITAS 319, presents a temporary residence permit designed for individuals aged 55 and above. This visa grants a one-year validity, with the option of extending it for up to five years. Once you've spent five years in Indonesia under this visa, you become eligible to apply for a KITAP – a permanent stay permit, granting you an enduring presence in this welcoming paradise.

What opportunities does a retirement visa provide?

- Allowed to open Bank account
- The ability to lease land
- Possibility to obtain driving license and buying car or motorbike
- Discount for a medical assistance

The full process takes 2-2.5 months (does not include public holidays and days off).
